Description and Requirements

职位职责:
1. 负责视频会议系统摄像头图像视觉相关验证和评估工作
2. 参与项目图像视觉方案的风险评估、设计分析等
3. 制定完整的图像视觉验证方案，包括建立检验指标，设计测试用例以及选择和开发测试工具
4. 负责视频AI处理方案测试，包含主、客观测试，性能、扩展性、压力测试，以及白盒测试等
5. 配合研发部门完成方案调试、导入、验收，问题验证和跟踪管理
6. 洞察行业趋势，把握最新技术要领，完成竞品方案分析，并更新设计规范和验证标准，为产品规划与设计提供指导性建议

能力要求：
1. 全日制硕士及以上学历，计算机科学、图像处理，AI等相关专业
2.具有5年以上图像处理产品开发或验证经验，在计算机视觉相关领域有较深知识积累，有大型项目开发及测试经验者优先
3.学习能力强，逻辑思维清晰，做事认真负责，具备较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力，能够针对复杂场景和问题进行深入研究
4.具备良好的沟通能力和跨部门协作能力
5.良好的英文读写，口语沟通能力
6.专业技能：
(1)熟悉光学成像系统基本原理和相关知识
(2)熟悉OpenCV、TensorFlow、PyTorch等主流计算机视觉库和框架，对行业有深刻理解
(3)熟练掌握计算机视觉相关算法和原理，如图像处理、目标检测、深度学习等；
(4)熟悉视频处理方法以及编解码，如H.264、H.265算法，有视频流媒体传输优化经验
(5) 具备视频及摄像方案设计风险评估能力，了解算法部署、优化、工作流，评测算法在实际应用中的效果和性能
(6)熟练掌握 C/C++, Python等编程语言，能够独立开发自动化测试、AI测试方案
(7)有会议系统视频算法设计、导入、或相关测试经验者优先
(8)在人脸识别、跟踪、图像增强等领域有算法研发、调试、或相关测试能力者优先
