Description and Requirements

岗位职责：
1.‌主数据维护、监控与管理：
- 监控物料主数据、供应商和原厂主数据、Sourcing matrix等维护及时、准确和规范。
- 监控采购PO数据维护及时、准确、规范性。
- 监控采购价格、采购比例等数据维护及时、准确、规范性。
2.采购订单与价格管理：
- 跟踪采购订单（PO）执行状态，推动未清PO及索赔PO的处理。
- 解决E2E订单异常。‌
3.流程建立与优化：
- 建立并完善物料、供应商和原厂主数据、Sourcing matrix等相关业务的SOP和流程。
- 建立并完善采购订单、采购价格、采购比例等相关流程及SOP。
4.协助推进IT项目需求分析、测试与上线准备。

岗位要求‌：
1.教育背景‌：本科及以上学历，财务、会计，电子消费，供应链管理或国际商务专业优先‌。
2.‌经验要求‌：3-5年消费电子行业或其他制造业管理经验，熟悉采购价格、采购比例等基础信息对业务的影响。‌熟悉手机及平板制造行业者优先‌。
3.‌技能要求‌：
- 精通Excel高级函数及Power BI数据建模，具备SAP使用经验‌。
- 英语CET-6/TEM-4以上，可熟练撰写英文商务协议及跨境会议主持‌。
4.‌软性素质‌：具备战略视角及风险预判能力，细致有责任心。
