Description and Requirements

岗位职责：
1.在无线通信实验室从事6G前沿无线技术相关前瞻性技术研究，产生突破性创新成果，达到国际领先水平。
2.在通信领域顶级期刊会议发表高质量的论文，并能申请高质量的专利
3.具备带领团队将研究转化为原型实现的能力，为技术的产品化服务。
任职资格：
1. 无线通信专业方向的博士；
2. 热爱无线前沿技术研究，具备产生突破创新的意识和科研能力
3. 具备良好的逻辑思维能力，以及较强的沟通能力，能与团队进行有效合作，承担技术攻关工作
4. 前期在无线通信领域具有优异的创新科研成果，在国际顶级期刊和会议以第一作者发表过论文
5.有专利申请或者授权专利是加分项
