Position Description:
Candidate will be in a very large, Global organization driving Lenovo’s Infrastructure Services Group’s Contract-based service offering strategy into execution planning deliverables to transform business processes. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated business process analyst with service offering experience in enterprise-level software and system solutions and contract data, SAP Business Suite and cloud-based solutions, and typical Office suite tools. This is a global position and will primarily focus on business process improvements for the service offerings scope while also working with other dependent areas to ensure a full end-to-end solution for Lenovo’s different customer segments and various geographies and regions.
Demonstrated experience with mapping business requirements, translating to IT/Organizational Process changes, system testing, end user training, and Organizational Change Management impact assessment is required. Experience in application release processes of Agile methodologies is a pre-requisite. Familiarity with industry best-practice contract solutions is a plus. Excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills, good organizational skills, and strong project management skills are also expected for this Global position.
Position Requirements:
Responsible for transformation requirements from Corporate and multiple Geographic business units; advising, developing, planning, implementing and technical direction for the service offering sales process areas working with a major application development team, specializing in contract-based service offerings. Will function as a process leader responsible for driving the team and tasks for data gathering, analysis, identification and solution of business process improvements, solution testing, user training, and problem management.
1. Guides and assists in conducting major reviews, problem analysis, and development of solutions to assigned application / process development projects as well as schedules and cost objectives.
2. Works with various teams and stakeholders to recommend proper technology and procedures to be utilized in the conduct of this effort. Plan, develop and prepare presentations of various proposals, systems solutions, objectives, organization, scheduling of assigned projects.
3. Evaluate use of available IT products / platforms; suggest plans for improvement, better utilization, standards of reliability and performance of assigned segment of the solution.
4. Assist with ongoing data reporting /dashboarding solutions as the end data solution is being established so the business can maintain/grow with a focus on contract, CRM, billing, and sales functions.
5. Assist with, plan and development of appropriate education of processes for customers and company personnel. Assist in teaching teachers the use and implementation of application processes within the area of process responsibility.

Nature of tasks:
· Work with globally distributed, cross-functional leaders, program managers, process analysts and delivery stakeholders to understand business needs and desired outcomes
- Facilitate interviews and working sessions with stakeholders, business owners, and subject matter experts to capture business requirements
- Documentation and mapping of operational and technical process
- Support development of test plans, create test scripts and facilitate user acceptance testing
- Generation of user stories and acceptance criteria and lead backlog grooming sessions with development team
- Provide training to support rollout of releases
- Work closely and support the Development and QA teams
- Lead the definition and improvement of standards and best practices; promote requirements reuse
