Description and Requirements

岗位职责：
1.‌成本数据监控与报告‌：
- 按季度（QoQ）核算实际cost saving，对比与目标的差异，并跟进与分析。
- 基于Power BI搭建月度shipment/spending分析看板，追踪成本波动并生成异常预警报告。
2.ODM整机报价与执行：
- BOM成本定价及整机价格核对，跟踪从物料定价开始到整机价格上传的全流程‌。
- 维护报价数据库，支持历史数据查询及横向对比，提供快速决策的依据。‌
3.ODM季度调价与存档：
- 执行ODM季度调价对账（reconciliation），负责recon协议的签署、回收支付跟进。
- 完成电子化存档，满足审计合规要求。
4.Rebate管理：负责rebate协议的全流程执行，审核数据、计算逻辑，提升预测准确率，回款时效等。
5.工具应用与流程优化‌：
- 定期迭代Power BI分析模型，简化数据抓取逻辑，提升报表自动化率。
- ‌制定标准化操作手册（SOP），规范成本监控、报价审核等关键流程的执行步骤‌。

岗位要求‌：
1.教育背景‌：本科及以上学历，财务、会计，电子消费，供应链管理或国际商务专业优先‌。
2.‌经验要求‌：5年以上消费电子行业或其他制造业管理经验，了解供应链成本核算标准及审计要求，确保操作符合财务合规性，‌熟悉手机及平板制造行业者优先‌。熟悉关键电子部件的结构及基本原理。
3.‌技能要求‌：
- 精通Excel高级函数及Power BI数据建模，具备SAP使用经验‌；
- 深入理解国际结算流程（如信用证、TT支付），熟悉贸易术语（Incoterms）及外汇风险管理工具‌；
- 英语CET-6/TEM-4以上，可熟练撰写英文商务协议及跨境会议主持‌；
4.‌软性素质‌：具备战略视角及风险预判能力，曾在高压环境下成功推动跨时区多团队协作项目‌。
