The Global Channel Marketing Campaigns Manager is a key role responsible for global campaign development ensuring a single consistent channel voice across One Lenovo.
We are looking for an experienced channel marketing manager with a flair for campaign management both ‘to’ and ‘through’ the channel. Working as part of the International Sales Organization (ISO) the ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of B2B technology, device marketing and operating in a channel led business. You’ll possess a real passion for the channel and get excited about working with different geographies.
Central to this role is to create value and alignment, outstanding communication skills are a must for success and ideally experience of working in a complex matrix environment.
We are a global team with location flexibility but we’d love for you to be located close to one of our Lenovo offices so you can collaborate with local colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Creation and management of global channel marketing campaign execution aligned to the business goals of the ISO.
- Create aligned channel ready campaigns in collaboration with the Business Group (specifically Motorola Business Group) to drive channel acquisition, enablement and activation.
- Activate new product launches within the B2B channel eco-system through the creation of targeted and creative content within the overall Lenovo end to end story.
- Act as an ambassador for global channel marketing working collaboratively and building strong relationships across the Business Groups, Geo Marketing and Channel Teams.
- Drive consistency of message and efficiency of process to improve the overall channel execution globally.
- Work in partnership with the rest of the ISO channel organization to execute on the WW channel marketing plan.
- Track marketing metrics and utilization of channel marketing campaigns working in close collaboration with geo marketing.
- Be an ambassador for the Lenovo brand, aligning to WW brand standards to elevate our presence within the channel.
- Own, manage and optimize the channel marketing allocated campaign budget.
- Manage 3rd party agency relationships to maximize performance and successfully achieve plan execution.
Basic Requirements
- 8+ years B2B Channel marketing experience is essential in either a vendor, reseller or distributor in the IT sector.
Preferred Requirements
- Previous experience of working in a global marketing role preferred.
- Previous experience of working in device marketing preferred.
- Strong team player with experience of working in a globally dispersed matrix organization.
- Proven experience of creating to and through channel marketing campaigns and programs.
- Strong attention to detail when managing multiple projects with great organization & planning skills.
- Strong communications (both written & verbal) skills.
