Description and Requirements

岗位职责:

1. 主要负责人机交互(HCI)的研究工作,包括研究和定义新的3D交互范式,为3D时代更自然和直观的用户交互提供创新的解决方案和指导原则

2. 专注3D空间计算及交互的新兴技术及创新机会,包括但不限于裸眼3D设备创新、交互式CAVE以及基于光场的空间计算设备创新等,负责从概念到原型的设计和开发,并推动相应3D交互创新的应用落地

3. 跟踪并分析最前沿的技术趋势,包括人工智能生成内容(AIGC)、全息显示技术等,为团队制定3D时代下的核心技术战略,确保团队在3D技术创新领域的领导地位4. 与产品、设计、工程等相关团队紧密合作,推动技术研究成果的产品化落地

岗位要求:

1. 计算机科学、人机交互或相关领域的硕士或博士学位

2. 至少5年在人机交互领域的研究或产品创新经验,具有3D空间计算及交互技术研发的实际经验者优先

3. 深厚的HCI理论基础,熟悉最新的HCI研究动态,具备在3D交互技术、光场技术或相关领域的技术研发能力

4. 在人机交互国际知名期刊或会议上发表高水论文,在该领域进行过原创性研究和创新产品孵化经验者优先

5. 具备出色的创新思维和问题解决能力,能够独立进行技术研究并将研究成果转化为实际应用

6. 优秀的跨部门沟通和协作能力,能够在多学科团队中有效工作,推动项目的成功实施

7. 对人机交互特别是3D交互领域的最新技术趋势有深刻理解,能够根据行业发展对技术策略进行调整和优化

8. 良好的英语听说读写能力,能够阅读和理解英文技术文献,以及与国际团队沟通合作
