Lenovo is seeking a HRIS Specialist to join the Global HRIS team:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and project manage Workday integrations and projects:
- End to end Workday integration process including requirement analysis, integration solution design, development, testing, deployment, etc.
- Integration requirement review working with multiple stakeholders to drive end-to-end integration solution.
- Software integration between various business applications and Workday using Workday Studio, Workday’s API, EIB inbound/outbound, boomerang integration, and Workday reporting services.
- Documentation of integration technical specifications to support applications, developing test plans and performing unit testing.
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting supporting of software integrations.
- Defined change control and compliance procedures associated with software development, including all required governance standards.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in HR systems design
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in integration development is preferred.
- Experience with Workday Extend is preferred
- Experience in Workday HCM with Workday reporting writing skills is preferred.
- Skilled in designing developing and troubleshooting various types of Workday integrations like PECI and PICOF.
- Experience in adding custom validations on Workday Business Process.
- Familiar with JAVA object-oriented, multi-threading, network and other basic programming, familiar with micro-services, message queues and other technologies.
- Knowledge of XML, XSLT, SOAP, WDSL, or XPATH.
