Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1.     基础设施战略规划：

o   制定年度基础设施的战略，包括主要的业务目标、关键的战略举措及相关的预算、资源计划

2.     基础设施治理、运营模式管理

o   设计全球基础设施的运营模式，包括相关的组织、流程及治理规范。

3.     基础设施架构规划

o   设计长期全球基础设施的架构，基于全球业务、应用、数据及技术架构输入，设计相应的基础设施架构

岗位要求：

  • 教育背景：本科及以上学历，计算机或者信息系统相关专业优先
  • 工作经验：15年以上IT行业从业经验，在头部咨询公司(埃森哲、德勤、IBM， etc.)或者甲方（世界500强，国际化公司）从事过公司全球基础架构、云业务的IT战略、运营及架构等相关经验超过10年以上
  • 技能要求：对基础架构（数据中心、Hybrid Cloud, IaaS，PaaS等领域）等领域的技术及行业发展有深刻的理解及洞察；熟悉企业IT的战略、架构及运营；具备基础的企业财务、资产管理的知识；良好的数据分析、统计能力；
  • 个人素质：英语沟通、书写流利；优秀的沟通、呈现能力；优秀的跨部门合作、推动变革的能力；具有创新思维和快速的学习能力
