Description and Requirements

岗位描述：
基于视频会议场景，带领团队对市场需求进行分析，设计Camera端到端解决方案，并推动落地；
根据技术发展趋势和市场需求，制定Camera技术发展规划；
积极迎接竞争与挑战，推动产品迭代升级，不断提升客户体验，保持技术领先。
背景要求：
计算机、图像处理、电子工程等相关专业；
熟悉Camera整体架构, 包括硬件平台，及嵌入式软件系统；
熟悉图像处理算法，包括对比度增强、3D降噪、宽动态等;
熟悉UVC/Ethernet 摄像头传输协议，视频编解码技术；
熟悉主流深度学习架构，有模型训练背景；
熟悉ISP NPU技术和模型的部署流程，及场景算法背景；
掌握C/C++、 python，具备系统软件开发能力；
对Camera及计算机视觉行业具有前瞻性的思考和自己的见解；
有带队经验，善于沟通，积极乐观；
负责过视频会议Camera端到端开发者优先。
