Description and Requirements
3. 参与系统问题相关的会议,和各组织的销售进行电话沟通,并解决上报的问题;
4. 在各系统的使用上提出建议并落实改善意见;
5. 与其他相关团队进行沟通并推动解决系统故障;
6. 保持所有系统相关文档的实时更新,并确保各工作工具、销售网站和我们知识库的定期维护;
7. 负责定期召开会议,和主要干系人保持紧密合作;
8. 参加电话会议,并获取系统相关项目的其他大区(NA & EMEA)的信息;
9. 对分配的项目提供支持,在技术和业务两方面确保项目成功上线;
10. 引领团队进行系统测试。
