Description and Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for LME security management, including Physical Security, Risk Assessment, Emergency Response, Investigation, Information Security, Security Education, Security Audit, Business Continuity plan, etc.
2. LME security standard and management system development and maintenance.
3. Establishes and tracks appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor LME site security.
4. Cooperate with Corporate supply chain security/ cyber security/ physical security and CSO team.
5. Leads and supports LME security project.
6. Leads and supports LME security incident investigation.
7. Leads and performs security audit for Global LME sites and supports customer security audit.
8. Leads and supports LME Business Continuity Plan, cooperate with LME sites for customer BCP audit.

Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelors’ degree.
2. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in corporate security management.
3. The ability to lead, prioritize, collaborate and execute complex projects.
4. Familiar with security management including Security Operation, Physical Security, Information Security, Guards Management, Emergency Response, Risk Management, Investigation, Security Education etc.
5. Familiar with security system and security equipment, Access Control, CCTV, Alarm etc.
6. Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are required.
7. Must be proficient in Chinese and English.
