Position Description:
1. Replenishment and Rebalance order on-time release/change/change & solve all system issue during order release
2. Global E&O disposition process design/tracking/finish on time.
3. GEO BO's supply order on-time track & monitor and solve all system issue during order process. Track backlog order supply ETA , pull in related orders and update accurate ETA or risk to customers timely.
4. Communicate with diff function teams(planner & logistic & WH operator), to improve order fulfill effectively.
5. Track and monitor order to delivery(O2D) performance, based on specific customer SLA in diff region or country. Seek operation opportunity to improve and drive actions.
6. Well support team member and manager to develop or optimize team report visualization.
7. Replacement and refund management and analysis.
8. Other WW FF team related work support.
Position Requirements:
1. 4+ years working experience on order management / supply chain other functions.
2. Familiar with SAP/ERP logic, excel or SQL.
3. Excellent English skills in speaking, listening and writing. CET6.
4. Able to remain focused and work under pressure, prioritize competing demands and deadlines whilst multi-tasking
5. Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, good communication and problem solving skills in a changing and dynamic environment.
6. Good computer skills MS office applications, SAP knowledge is plus.
7. Experience in supply chain role in service industry is preferable.
