Description and Requirements

岗位职责：
1、根据公司战略目标以及现状，通过专业方法统筹产品线产能/效率/生产周期/成本的效果目标的达成； 
2、管理新产品或现产品生产线与车间，从需求、产能、工艺、布局、自动化、数字化与智能化整体运营，相关标杆产线或车间项目、改善项目、专题项目等策划、管理与交付；
3、通过VSM优化生产流程、Layout改善，将人、机、料、法、环、测等资源整合成一个有效的运作系统，以期达到组织的既定目标；
4、统筹人力、工时等成本数据的监控、分析，并主导推动解决效率未达标等问题；
5、负责新项目精益策划业务，包括新项目产能分析、工艺模拟、投资规划、精益生产线设计及实施、布局规划及内部物流规划、生产自动化和物流自动化策划；
6、负责月度/年度人力及产能分析与核算，整合并优化生产资源投入，以最优的资源满足客户需求；
7、负责公司工厂整体布局规划与设计，推动现有布局的优化、调整与实施，并制定中长期的战略布局规划； 


岗位要求：
1、工业工程本科及以上学历， 6年以上IE相关工作经验,2-3年项目管理经验；
2、具有深厚的IE技术功底，有大型企业运营和标准化推行的工作经验，有专职主持精益生产工作经验；
3、熟悉制造业Layout布局规划，熟练使用Auto CAD、Solidworks等软件；
4、熟练掌握精益生产、VSM、TPM、标准化、持续改善、布局规划、连续流等专业知识；
5、有较强的分析能力和问题处理能力，良好的沟通能力与团队合作精神，有一定的资源整合能力。
