Description and Requirements

岗位职责：
1. 协助业务运营经理规划、组织和协调与业务运营相关的职能
2. 在与提高绩效相关的任何方面提供改进建议和建议
3. 必要时对新员工进行培训，确保遵守公司政策和程序
4. 协调各部门以达到最佳的工作产量
5. 根据需要从扩展的团队中构建报告
6. 提供订单状态，并根据需要参加内部和外部呼叫

2. 注重细节和强大的端到端管理
3. 较强的问题解决和分析能力
