Description and Requirements

职位描述：
业务拓展负责区域内IT管理服务业务和DaaS业务拓展：
1. 区域市场洞察和区域市场拓展策略制定和执行；
2. 区域内关键订单支持；
3. 产品Offering赋能和生态合作伙伴经营。

任职要求：
1. 本科以上学历，计算机通讯相关等相关专业；
2. 5年以上IT行业工作经验，熟悉IT服务管理行业背景；
3. 熟悉IT服务外包行业业态，具备丰富的客户圈子和潜在的客户圈子；
4. 熟悉IT服务外包行业，特别是基础架构运维，应用运维外包的技术背景；
5. 熟悉IT管理服务的offering，熟悉产品背景；
6. 非常好的沟通能力和沟通技巧；
7. 非常好的客户关系和背景，能够快速了解客户需求并匹配客户需求，完成销售；
8. 性格外向、反应敏捷、表达能力强，具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧，具有亲和力；
9. 具备一定的市场分析及判断能力，良好的客户服务意识；
10. 有责任心，能承受较大的工作压力；
11. 华为、HP、IBM、AC 凯捷等大型企业的IT服务外包销售管理经验背景。
