Description and Requirements

岗位职责：
1. 负责多模态算法的设计和开发，确保算法的准确性和高效性。
2. 分析和理解不同场景下多模态的使用问题，提出解决方案。
3. 负责设计和部署在设备端可以使用的多模态算法，确保算法的稳定性和可靠性。
4. 带头相关的算法研究，并产出相关论文，为团队提供技术支持。
5. 负责跟踪和研究分多模态的最新技术和趋势，探索和创新新的方法和应用，提升技术水平和竞争力
任职资格：
1. 具有计算机或者其他相关专业的博士学位；
2. 具有扎实的计算机科学和数学基础，熟悉数据结构、算法设计等相关知识；具有较强的代码实现能力；
3. 熟悉基础的深度学习算法，例如Adam，ResNet，Transformers等，并且可以熟练使用主流深度学习框架进行算法设计、模型训练等；
4. 熟悉多模态算法，例如CLIP等算法；同时熟悉常用的计算机视觉算法和自然语言处理算法，例如图像分类、目标检测、自然语言理解等算法；
5. 熟悉Liunx服务器使用方法，并熟悉Docker、Git等常用开发工具；
6. 具有独立研究的能力，可以从实际问题中归纳总结出具体的研究的方向，并有独立或者协作完成高质量论文的能力；具有良好的英语阅读和写作能力；
7. 有良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力，能够与其他开发者和研究者进行有效的交流和合作
