Description and Requirements

职位描述：
1. 负责天津生产工程团队的KPI管理，支持业务运行
2. 公司战略、使命、任务的承接，分解与执行
3. 跨部门沟通与协作
4. 工程团队业务流程及工程技术的持续改善
5. 制造工程新技术的验证与引入

职位要求：
1. 学士学位及以上，电子，计算机或工科专业背景
2. 有5年及以上的制造工程管理相关工作经验
3. 熟悉制造工程端到端相关业务流程
4. 工作态度积极主动，细心负责，执行力强，有较强解决问题的能力
5. 有良好的英语口语书面表达能力，CET-4及以上
