Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1、撰写，申请及领导执行国家或省部级重点项目。
2、 围绕用户意图理解，文档理解与问答，探索知识工程领域的研究及算法研发工作；
3、建立高性能文本生成系统，支持可控生成、交互式生成等能力

岗位要求：

1. 计算机/数学等相关专业，nlp/cv等相关研究方向博士学位
2. 具有独立科研能力，在国际高水平会议和期刊发表学术论文优先，主持或参与过具体项目者优先；
3. 扎实的机器学习、深度学习理论基础，熟悉常见的NLP任务，熟悉transformer based主流模型，有一定实践经验。
4. 熟悉大语言模型训练过程者优先，包括预训练、SFT、RLHF等阶段。
5. 熟悉搜索算法者优先，包括文本相关性、排序、文本摘要等；
