会议视频架构师：
岗位描述：
基于视频会议场景，负责CV的设计与开发工作，包括制定CV技术规划和技术架构，提升产品的竞争力；
负责对CV指标优化，包括延迟、卡顿、清晰度、易用性等；
探索和实践各类业务场景，负责如auto framing、speaker tracking等的优化，不断提升场景体验能力。
背景要求：
熟悉UVC/Ethernet 摄像头传输协议，视频编+G3:G14解码技术；
精通Python/C/C++等项目开发经验，具有良好的软件设计能力；
有模型训练背景，熟悉主流深度学习架构；
熟悉ISP NPU技术和模型的部署流程，及场景算法背景
对CV行业具有前瞻性的思考和自己的见解；
优秀的沟通协作能力， 积极乐观， 注重效率，创新意识，对结果负责。
