Description and Requirements

1.负责Smart Device产品从立项到上市的全流程系统验证及UX评估工作
2.参与产品需求讨论和设计评审，设计系统验证方案，跟进验证进度，保证最终产品质量及交付进度
3.结合产品应用场景，使用特点，目标客户画像，设计UX测试方法及评价标准，保证产品用户体验。并追踪客户反馈数据，持续改进测试标准和测试方法
4.负责性能测试，设计符合用户真实场景的测试方法。评估规划产品组件资源需求，跨代、跨平台、场景化性能测试方案，针对系统性能瓶颈分析，提出调优建议并输出测试报告,协助解决新硬件、新技术落地过程中遇到的技术问题
5.结合产业链的最新技术能力和产品特点，完成竞品测试与分析，完成技术及UX优劣势分析，更新设计规范和验证标准，提供综合竞争力领先的系统解决或改善方案
6.洞察消费者对相关领域技术发展与应用的最新动态，分析新技术应用的可行性，从设计上带来用户体验提升。

能力要求:
1.本科及以上学历，计算机，数据分析相关专业
2.2年PC产品系统测试工作经验，3年及以上UX设计及测试经验
3.熟练使用大数据分析平台及工具，抓取数据，建立知识图谱的能力，具有实际项目大数据分析经验
4.掌握Python、C/C++等编程语言，熟悉深度学习框架TensorFlow、PyTorch或Keras,了解CNN、RNN、GAN等深度学习模型，能够开发测试工具及自动化测试方案
5.有Audio，Video产品测试及优化相关工作经验者优先
6.较强的全局视野、组织沟通能力、项目推动能力
7.具备较强的学习能力和逻辑思维能力，关注前沿技术，较好的团队协作及团队意识，有较强的学习能力和主动性，有较强的责任心和执行力，工作态度积极向上，较强的创新能力和自驱力；
8.具备较强的问题分析与解决能力，能够解决复杂的系统问题；
9.良好的英文读写，口语沟通能力
