Description and Requirements

岗位职责：
测试全流程管理
参与需求评审，制定测试计划并评估风险，确保测试活动与开发进度同步。
设计覆盖功能、性能、安全、兼容性等多维度的测试用例，尤其需考虑Windows系统下的多版本兼容性（如不同分辨率、硬件配置、操作系统版本）。
执行集成测试与系统测试，分析缺陷根源并推动修复，同时通过持续集成（CI/CD）提升测试效率。
自动化测试开发
开发并维护自动化测试脚本（如使用Python、Java或C++），提升回归测试效率，减少人工重复劳动。
构建测试工具或平台（如基于LabVIEW、TestStand或自研框架），支持自动化测试执行与结果分析。
质量保障与流程优化
参与性能优化，通过压力测试、稳定性测试等手段提升PC端软件的响应速度和资源占用效率。
推动测试左移与右移，将测试介入到开发早期（需求阶段）和部署后期（生产环境监控），降低缺陷修复成本。
岗位要求：
技术能力：
编程语言：熟练掌握Python、Java、C++等，需具备开发自动化脚本及测试工具的能力。
测试工具与框架：熟悉Selenium、Appium（针对多平台兼容性）、LoadRunner（性能测试）、JMeter（接口测试）等工具，了解CI/CD工具链（如Jenkins、GitLab CI）。
问题分析与解决：通过缺陷复现、日志分析定位问题，提出优化建议。
团队协作：与开发、产品团队高效沟通，推动测试需求落地。
