Description and Requirements
The primary function of this role is to increase the product breadth and market share through relationships / promotion in nominated business partners in a planned and sustainable manner.
Exec Engagement across all stakeholders (Partners & Lenovo)
Responsibilities:
- Your primary goal is to expand product breadth and market share by nurturing relationships and targeted promotions with selected business partners.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders both within partner organizations and across Lenovo.
- Develop strategic Joint Business Plans to prioritize and drive joint initiatives.
- Manage Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for designated Business Partners.
- Implement effective sales floor management strategies within your assigned business partners.
- Work closely with the Lenovo Business Partner Account Team to manage sell-out activities, both with lead partners and internal Lenovo Sales Representatives.
- Ensure a comprehensive understanding and utilization of the entire Lenovo 360 portfolio through targeted communications and training initiatives.
- Craft quarterly marketing plans for each partner account, outlining actions and ROI in alignment with the Joint Business Plan.
- Provide accurate and timely weekly Pipeline & Forecast reports.
- Achieve weekly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
- Demonstrate proficiency in upselling and cross-selling products, options, and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Sales & Management teams in Business Partnerships.
- Successfully deliver training and impactful communications to drive proactive sales and increase mind-share.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies, showcasing notable ROI, increased share of wallet, and focused efforts on higher AUR (Average Unit Retail) products.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of documented B2B sales experience is required.
- You are self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sales-oriented attitude.
- You should be open to personal and professional development opportunities.
- You must be able to effectively engage at all levels within each Business Partner organization.
- Proficiency in face-to-face sales engagement is essential.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills at a high level are expected.
