Description and Requirements

Position Description:

1.     Manage & develop Open Market Business Management team

2.     Lead the team develop market resources, enlarge supplier pool

3.     Lead the team improve current open market buy recovery

4.     Lead the team improve current open market excess sell return rate

5.     Lead the team develop multiple support channel for No Source parts supply

6.     Lead the team enable both OMB & OMS capability globally

7.     Lead the team to build up Whole Unit Machine Sourcing and Supply capability globally

8.     Keep driving on cost savings

Position Requirements:

1.     Problem solving and analytical skill

2.     Capable to manage Global Virtual Team

3.     Related 4-5 years or above Open Market Management working experience

4.     Reasonable aggressively, good communication and well coordinator skills

5.     Good communication of English

6.     Bachelor degree or above
