Description and Requirements

• Review design documents (MRD, SPEC, etc.) • Identify and implement NUDD test cases • Deliver test strategy/plan/cases/report • Research new technologies for future validation enablement, including Identify new tool and automation requirements • Communicate with project team, development team to deliver information to test execution team. • Plan and control test schedule and test resources (man power, SUT, material parts). • Manage and track defect status. • Highlight project risks, critical defects and report test status to project team and manager. • Bachelor degree or above. • 3+ years of Server product performance test and tuning experiences • Be familiar with CPU, Memory, Storage and Network performance test and tuning • Be familiar with industry standard performance test tools, such as MLC, Stream, Linpack, SPECCPU, SPECPower, SPECjbb, LMbench, … • Be familiar with Windows/RHEL/SLES/VMware OS • Be familiar with performance test and tuning methodology. • Capability for automation script development. Python skill is requested • Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
