Philippines Country Manager, Infrastructure Solution Group

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Country General Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our business in the Philippines and will have full P/L responsibility. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about technology, has a proven track record of leading teams, and possesses exceptional business acumen.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Provide leadership to the team and ensure all staff members are aligned with company vision and mission.
  • Manage the full P/L responsibility of the Philippines business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the Philippines.
  • Monitor the competition and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performance culture within the organization.
  • Manage the recruitment, training, and development of staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field.
  • Proven track record of successful leadership of teams and business operations.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in the IT solutions industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability.
  • Understanding of local laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Willingness to travel within the Philippines and internationally as needed
