About the Offerings You Will Manage: You will be responsible for the Lenovo AI services and TruScale Hybrid Cloud portfolio. Role Responsibilities :
- Spearhead portfolio offerings within the EMEA region, ensuring seamless alignment with the Worldwide portfolio team for successful offering launches and lifecycle management.
- Gain market understanding to drive service portfolio development and provide recommendations, serving as the EMEA focal point for offering development discussions with Worldwide and counterparts in other regions.
- Lead and support sales enablement readiness in EMEA for new service offerings, including crafting communication strategies, sales training messages, and training materials.
- Guarantee the effectiveness of end-to-end sales processes, tools, and resources, and their execution.
- Act as the local EMEA geography Offering SME (Subject Matter Expert) and the primary point of contact for offering development.
- Oversee the implementation and execution of the sales training plan.
- Serve as the primary liaison between sales and product development and service delivery, equipping local sales teams & platforms with pertinent content.
- Drive offerings awareness, cooperate closely with Marketing.
Role Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience working within services or consultancy
- College or University Degree required
- You have an interest in Strategy and Product Development
- You think logically, willing to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving
- You can work independently and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change
