We are offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a global, high-impact transformation initiative at Lenovo as part of a multi-year WW project (Pinnacle).
As a Process Mapping Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of how we deliver quotes, configure solutions, and serve our customers across the world. This role is central to Lenovo’s WW mission to modernize and streamline our sales tools and processes to help our sellers gain competitive advantage in this new era of AI. You can be based anywhere in EMEA.
You will work cross-functionally to document, analyze, and optimize workflows that touch every stage of the quote-to-order lifecycle with a view to improving overall time to quote.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain end-to-end process maps for global workflows using tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro.
- Collaborate with WW stakeholders in Sales, Pricing, Product Teams, Finance, Operations, LXG, DT and BTiT across multiple GEOs and BGs to gather process insights and pain points.
- Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for automation or simplification in both regional and global workflows.
- Document “as-is” and collaborate with internal stakeholders to define “to-be” processes to support Lenovo’s transformation roadmap.
- Ensure process alignment with Lenovo’s global governance standards and business architecture.
- Create visual documentation to support solution design, training, testing, and change adoption.
Your Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience in process mapping, business analysis, or CPQ operations.
- Proficient in process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Miro, or similar).
- Familiarity with platforms and tools LBPi/LBPe, Dynamics, LSC, Smart Find, Embedded Services, ISG Configurator etc.
- Direct selling experience, or deep understanding of frontline sales needs, understanding of sales tools and processes.
- Experience supporting large-scale process improvement or system transformation initiatives.
- Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement certifications.
- Experience in Agile projects, using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Experience with communication and collaboration skills across geographies and functions.
