The Product Integration Senior Engineer will join the Global Product Delivery team, responsible for Product Launches worldwide. This role will lead the in-network support activities for the North American Carriers, including Devices Preparation for Lab Entry, Issue Debugging, and customer-based testing activities.

  • Product Integration Engineer, will be responsible to lead technically the final stages for a product delivery to North American carriers, including devices preparation to Lab Entries and issue debugging from diverse carriers in US.
  • Respond to the Carriers in case of critical issues.
  • Provide guidance to junior engineers in similar role.
  • Support carrier lab cycles where needed, e.g. with in-lab testing and debugging support. Travel to customer labs as needed.
  • Reproduce and assist in debug of critical issues in real-time, taking advantage of in-customer-network location. Collaborate closely with support engineers in troubleshooting and resolving problems.
  • Prepare units for Carrier Lab Entries, per strict requirements from diverse customers in US, using proprietary equipment, tools and software.
  • Identify failures and develop efficient solutions to minimize the failure rate. Evaluate operational performance and recommend improvements if needed.
  • Perform product verification and validation tests before delivery. Conduct the product tests to predict performance or maintenance issues. Record test results accurately.
  • Test the prototype product to determine its predefined acceptability and submit defects or modifications if required.
  • Work directly with Product Integration PM providing accurate estimate, risk analysis and impact allowing PM to plan and track the project.
  • Assist product development, production and product marketing activities.

Ideal Candidate will have following qualifications -

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Integration roles.
  • Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
  • Knowledge of mobile communications or embedded software systems is essential.
  • Experience of management/issue triage is essential.
  • Strong Leadership and communication skills
  • Agility and flexibility to handle multiple products/tasks in parallel.
  • Advanced English skills
