Description and Requirements

The Lenovo Smart Collaboration Team is looking for a Product Manager to join our efforts in revolutionizing the workplace with our cutting-edge collaboration solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a segment of the product portfolio, which includes conducting market analysis, defining features, developing offerings, positioning products, crafting value propositions, launching solutions, and meeting financial targets. You will report to the Director of Portfolio Product Management.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage product lifecycle from concept to development, global launch, and end-of-life.
  • Collaborate with global teams to meet objectives related to time, cost, product features, and innovation.
  • Prepare product disclosures and competitive analysis reports for successful global launches.
  • Monitor business and industry trends and analyze market data to support financial goals.
  • Engage with technology vendors to stay informed on technology trends and product roadmaps to support the positioning, marketing and demand generation activities.
  • Communicate product information to teams across different geographies and assist in planning Go-To-Market strategies.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in the technology or video conferencing sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop products for mature & emerging markets.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA
  • Strong grasp of collaboration hardware and software used in meeting rooms and offices.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Capable of working effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • A keen interest in innovation and keeping up with industry trends.

Additional Information: For remote applicants, there will be required travel four or more times per year. As this role requires working with global teams across several time zones, attending morning and evening meetings is the norm.  Candidates living in ET time zone is preferred.
