Description and Requirements

- Device realization 
a.   The best fit product introduction and DEMO to customers through deep diving review and discussion with Internal team 
b.    Technical requirement analysis
c.    Product localization scope, schedule, budget, and process lock-down through technical negotiation with internal team and the customer 
d.    Project kick-off and program managing with risk management, including internal and external negotiation to go with the best way
e.    Following the customer test and quality process such as IOT process, BMT, field test, factory inspection, NPI, and others, and then achieving TA (Technical Acceptance)
f.    Following country certifications and regulations for mobile handset, tablet, laptop, and other wireless products
g.    On-time product launching, and overall product field & factory quality management to give the customer satisfaction
- Technical partnership management
a.    Creates product and business value propositions based on company, and customer needs for the best fit product. Drives support and action by influencing internal stakeholders and team and promoting the value of opportunities.
b.    Positions the Lenovo (including Motorola) value proposition versus competitors and works with stakeholders and internal teams to influence product roadmap to meet customer needs, leveraging knowledge of Lenovo and customer issues in conjunction with product teams to establish a foundation for opportunities in competitive situations through collaboration. Provides insight on industry and/or competitive trends and drives action based on insights.
c.    Builds, manage, and leverage customer relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders to identify and validate unique opportunities that cross product areas or target high-priority gaps across technology, product, and/or others. Leverages trends in data to inform decisions across deals
