Description and Requirements

Position Description

1. 市场分析及客户洞察,作为采购服务产品经理,对中国及全球潜在市场进行市场分析,制定并执行端到端的全球采购服务化战略规划,包括市场规模、竞争对手分析,蓝图和实施路线图。

2. 需求挖掘及机会分析,对潜在客户进行需求及定位分析洞察,并挖掘合作机会,包括客户需求模型和竞争力分析。

3. 产品规划及生命周期管理

3.1. 根据市场机会和客户洞察,为不同的客户群规划并执行对应的产品解决方案,包括方案设计及产品组合。

3.2. 协调产品开发进度,提供产品推广计划及定价策略。

3.3. 跟踪开发和实施进程。根据市场反馈进行产品迭代规划

4. 定期向管理层进行产品组合开发及实施汇报。

Qualifications:

1. 工作经验:至少2年以上的服务类产品经理经验,深入了解采购和供应链相关行业者优先。

2. 熟悉专业服务领域,熟悉产品开发方法论和流程。

3. 具有出色的分析能力和问题解决能力,具有强大的自驱力和执行力。

4. 熟练运用咨询调研方法,快速学习和总结能力,能够进行行业基准研究和市场分析。

5. 英文沟通书写流利,可以无障碍与跨国团队沟通及汇报。
