Position Title : Product Marketing Manager, Managed Services, Asia Pacific - Location: Singapore - Functional Area: Services - Relocation Provided: No - Travel : Minimal Focus Practice Areas : - Managed Services (End User Computing and Workspace) Performance Metrics : - Managed services revenue growth - Managed services portfolio development - Internal and external marketing effectiveness ********************************************************** Your primary goal is to create demand for managed services through cohesive portfolio, effective messaging and marketing programs. Through doing these things well, the right candidate will contribute to shorten sales cycles, increase stickiness and grow revenues for Lenovo’s managed service business. Key Responsibilities: 1) Managed Services Portfolio Development and Management - Own and develop AP managed services portfolio. - Represent AP in managed services offering development team in worldwide workstreams. Release of offerings developed by our worldwide services team. - Rationalize and develop services offerings from within region to boost our overall managed services portfolio. 2) Managed Services Product Marketing - Develop product marketing articulation and content for internal and external marketing - Work with extended marketing and enablement teams to execute internal and external marketing - Support business growth plans with AP countries and sales segments - Recognized university degree - Demonstrated success in positioning and differentiating managed services offerings to meet business objectives - Domain knowledge in managed services in the AP market, with a heavy focus in end user computing and workspace. - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Confident and articulate in both oral / written communication and business presentations. Possibly including some copywriting skills. - Excellent team collaboration skills - Ability and effectiveness to lead and influence cross-functional teams - Spoken and written proficiency in additional languages over and on top of English is an advantage
