In this role, as Portfolio Management & Execution manager, you will be responsible for defining the smartphone portfolio for Colombia, demonstrating the new mobile technology to our customers, and ensuring the quality and experience delivered by our products are set to delight end users.

What else is awaiting for you in this job?

- Consolidate and optimize all GEO requirements (banding, memory, colors, specs) and define country product portfolio, facilitating discussion and strategy analysis with sales and other go-to-market functions (marketing, trade, operations).

- Support Sales teams along the sell-in process for smartphones and B2B solutions.

- Evaluation of competitive scenario for each of the tiers

- Brand perception analysis and comparison. Support key selling points definition.

- Support on technical assessment of marketing material definition.

- Responsibility for ensuring the quality and completeness of milestones towards technical acceptance from our customers.

- Support Escape Defect Analysis and other product quality improvement initiatives.

- Support on-site tests and/or customer negotiations in order to obtain technical approvals, if the situation requires it.

Organization

You will report to the Portfolio Management & Execution Manager for Mexico and Colombia.

What do we expect from you?

- Bachelor’s degree Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Systems Science.

- Strong customer facing experience, excellent presentation skills.

- Software architecture and process knowledge.

- Knowledge of IP telecommunications networks, cellular networks (WiFi, Bluetooth, USB) and cellular communication technologies (3G, 4G, 5G, VoLTE, VoWiFi and others) are a plus.

- Basic Finance & business analysis knowledge

- Usage of cellular equipment and basic knowledge of the Android operating system

- Creativity and negotiations skill to be able to speak with the customers

- Availability to travel (approximately 20%).
