Description and Requirements

The Global Product Operations Manager will manage end to end product operations communication.

Additional Responsibilities Include:
  1. Focal point from WW BU to Geography Teams for all Sales Enablement activities. 
  2. Product lifecycle management including launch, Geography and customer-specific requests, including product refresh and EOL. 
  3. You will analyze market data and provide input to Product Management teams for product planning.
  4. Proactively identify and drive solutions for inhibitors to sales growth. 
  5. You will lead cross functional communication with Supply Chain to manage product and commodity forecasts, and ensure timely supply. 
  6. Work with cross-functional teams to initiate customer driven product change requests. 
  7. Work with marketing to train and educate Geo sales reps, product teams and customers. 

Position Requirements:
  • Individual will have at least 5 years experience in product management, project management and/or program management, business operations, product or portfolio management. 
  • Customer Centric focus. 
  • Strong virtual team building and extensive cross-group coordination/collaboration and partnership skills.
  • Ability to respond quickly to multiple issues, work well under pressure and have a winning attitude.
  • Strategic thinking and passionate about technology with customer orientation. 
  • Business acumen and the ability to build relationships at various levels within the organization • Self-starter who can manage ambiguity, chart a clear course and make decisions. 
  • Analytical experience with strong business writing, presentation skills. 
  • Strong computer skills with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint programs. 
  • College degree required. 
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • English required.
