Position Description
The Lenovo Services and Solutions Group is experiencing tremendous growth and is hiring for a WW Digital Workplace Solutions/Services Product Performance Optimization Manager. This position will be responsible for defining and driving projects to drive product & sales performance. Our mission is to enable the product, delivery, marketing, offer development and sales teams with the right insights, feedback, training, programs, support, and tools to succeed and reach growth targets. This position has a global footprint and work across many teams including product teams, segment teams, hardware product operations teams, digital transformation teams, global process owners and IT teams to drive projects to increase the success of our products and sales teams.
The Senior Product Optimization Manager will be responsible for analyzing product performance, building, and executing on worldwide strategies, focused on defining actions to improve product and sales performance. Additionally, they are responsible for providing input on product content, pricing, and operational delivery for both new product development and sustaining. This position is a product subject matter expert (SME) that will be asked to provide product analysis and input into various activities such as training and sales support.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyze product performance to understand key performance drivers and gaps including, but not limited to, product content, competitiveness, pricing, merchandising, training, marketing, sales programs and operations
- Provide strategic insights to key stakeholders & create plans to drive product growth
- Create an annual & quarterly plans to drive product increase product revenues Collaborate with teams including product, marketing and sales digital transformation teams to drive services requirements into projects
- Support product, marketing, transformation & global process owners on existing projects
- Provide regular product reviews of performance & action plans and lead product line reviews as needed to stakeholders & the executive team
- Ensure right process & tools are in place to reach targets, defining needed strategy frameworks
- Cross-functional collaboration to drive execution and best practices sharing
- Assist in the definition of new sales motions, pricing/costing, marketing materials & launch plans for any new product launches in their portfolio
Position Requirements
- 7+ years of a combination of at least two of the following: project management, product management & sales
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience working with global teams across cultural and time differences
- Experience building improvement strategies & analyzing data to find business opportunities
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, & decision-making skills
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with Senior Leadership Teams
- Experience understanding complex process and tool dependencies for success.
- Collaborative approach to meeting business objectives and ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organizations
