Description and Requirements

Come join us and be a part of a Motorola team, who have been pioneering smartphone for decades. Motorola smartphones are know for its Hardware Reliability , Software Experience and Value for Money. Motorola is know for its innovation and building products which has a strong connection with the users. Currently we have partnered with strong market leaders like Pantone, Bose , Corning Gorilla Glass and Dolby , which allows a create a GenX product line up.

Responsibilities:
  • Take care of product planning work, according to Indonesia smartphone market and make an efficient product portfolio
  • Have good consumer insight, follow market research and analysis consumer needs, dig out solutions to improve product competitiveness
  • Defining product design directions based on customer and trends
  • Manage product lifecycle, follow the product launch trends, price drop etc., accordingly provide good advice to improve our sales
  • New product launch integration, integrate product sales and market strategy, follow all document and timeline, leading review all works after NPL
  • Collect market data, analysis competition environment and provide advice
  • TKDN certification by closing working with local manufacturer, local R&D and local Software development team.
  • Closely working with both internal and external team to ensure the new product is developed within schedule.

Education/ Qualification

- Must Have: University degree (Engineering, Administration, Economic, Marketing…)
- Desired: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification

Work Experience:

- Must Have: Project Management experience
- Desired: Experience in Mobile Industry
