Description and Requirements

What You’ll Do: You’ll manage operations and projects across Intelligent Device Group’s Advanced Innovation Center (IDG-AIC) from a seat within the subordinate Product Security Office. The workload division is expected to be 75% specific to PSO and 25% general AIC. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: 
- Coordinate PSO operations 
- Coordinate AIC operations including the events calendar and the overall Business Management System, working with operations and leadership at the next level above and AIC teams in the US, China, and Japan. 
- Drive preparations for executive cadence meetings and status reporting, including creating agendas, presentations, and written content 
- Gather and summarize BMS performance metrics 
- Organize and run cadence meetings within PSO and with security leaders across Lenovo 
- Track budgets and expenses 
- Manage tooling subscriptions 
- Manage the creation of product security standards 
- Maintain PSO's product security governance and write governance documentation 

Basic Qualifications: 
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 
4+ years of experience as a project manager or team leader in technology 

Preferred Qualifications: 
2+ years of experience in cybersecurity 
2+ years of experience in software, firmware, or hardware development 
Strong written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills 
Ability to work independently as well as function as an integral part of a team, take initiative and ownership in a fast-paced environment 
Ability to successfully work across regions and functions to solve problems and get things done 
PMP certification 
Intermediate Chinese language ability
