Description and Requirements


The Professional, Product Manager supporting our Commercial Desktop and Mobile Workstation Portfolio owns 12 + Products end-to-end for the North America Market.

You will have the lead to support questions from the NA Sales Team across the commercial Workstation portfolio, provide Level 2 support for sales rep questions if Specialist cannot answer, provide guidance to Specialist on configurations needed. May need to assist in part number creation depending on Specialist workload and launch timing.

You will also have the lead to create Topseller and Web Quickship part numbers for North America.

You should be open to be available some days from 2:30pm Bratislava time to 7:30pm Bratislava time so that there are 5 hours of overlap with North America working hours. This set up would be flexible, no shifts. 

  • Lead for virtual customer/partner briefings/webinars
  • Lead for virtual seller/partner training
  • Assist with strategic sales enablement content (e.g. customer presentations, customer transition plan, sales playbooks, etc.)
  • Owns quarterly competitive analysis
  • Owns quarterly market analysis / data analysis to assist with Quarterly campaign (heatmap and/or Market Model phase)
  • Owns relationship with SMB and REL Business Managers
  • Owns relationship with Adjacencies and Web PMs
  • Achieve the NA financial goals for your products
  • Lead the new product introduction (NPI) process inside North America for your products
  • Manage their assigned products "cradle to grave"
  • Ensure the products are announced on-time, with the right pricing, the right supply and the right sales enablement
  • Collaborate with the NA Segment teams and WW teams to ensure the NA customer requirements are met
  • Own developing/responding to business case requests from WW for your assigned products
  • Collaborate with the NA Segment team, NA Category Business Managers and NA Marketing team to align on enablement and marketing priorities
  • Train the NA Sellers and NA Channel partners on your products
  • Balance the risk of excess inventory with the reward of increased sales
  • Maximize sales while minimizing E&O write-offs and parts liability
  • Analyze the market, define solution line-ups and set pricing to the sales team
  • Manage Product transitions with NPI (New Product Introductions)
  • Represent your products to sellers, customers and partners
  • Work with sales and marketing to ensure successful sell in & sell out 
  • Assist the sales team in closing deals

You'll bring:

  • Skills in business case development, channel partner training, and delivering customer presentations. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential. 
  • Abilities in persuasive negotiation, sales enablement, sales representative training, and product management.
  • English fluent spoken & written

Optional Skills:

Experience in multichannel sales, relationship selling, and sales forecasting is advantageous.

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 2700 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
