About the Internship:

Lenovo’s Channel Digital Experience Team is focused on improving and evolving the digital platforms used by our partners and channel employees globally. These digital touchpoints are integral to Lenovo’s $60 billion annual revenue and connect with over 40,000 active users each month. As a Summer Intern, you will have the chance to work on high-impact projects that enhance user experience, streamline processes, and deliver valuable insights—all aimed at improving Lenovo’s business operations and strengthening its partner relationships.

This internship offers exposure to key business functions, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the opportunity to influence platform improvements that will drive business value at scale. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Program & Risk Management: Work alongside program managers to support the planning, execution, and tracking of initiatives aimed at improving the partner platform and goals are met.
• Digital Experience Enhancement: Assist in improving and refining the digital platforms used by Lenovo partners and channel employees, ensuring user-friendly interfaces and efficient workflows.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze user data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and help create strategies that enhance the overall user experience.
• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, development) to propose and execute improvements that align with business objectives.
• System Performance: Monitor platform performance and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that systems are running efficiently and seamlessly for diverse global users.
• Reporting and Presentation: Create and present actionable insights/reports based on data and user experiences to key stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making.

• Familiarity with UX/UI principles or experience in digital platforms is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, or other data analysis tools; familiarity with platform analytics and A/B testing is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams across time zones and geographies.
• Passion for technology, innovation, and improving user experiences.
