The SMB segment is Lenovo ecommerce’s largest and most profitable segment, and we’ve led the company in growth since we started 6 years ago. This is a high-performance team recognized at the highest levels in Lenovo.  As a team, we ideate new business ideas, create strategy, build the framework, and work closely with our operating teams to execute go-to-market plans and bring them to market. The initiatives can range from new products and services, improvements to the user experience, new marketing programs, partnerships, and/or adding new benefits for our customers to further accelerate our growth and vision. These are high-visibility roles that interface across the large e-commerce team globally. We are given the freedom to dream big and then bring these to reality.

We’re seeking a high energy person to join our team as Sales Learning and Development (L&D) Manager and lead the mission critical initiative of developing our Sales representatives and managers across the world as part of our broader sales transformation initiative.  This person will be a key member of the team and will be responsible for owning end to end management of our L&D program framework and content.
