Description and Requirements
Do you aspire to become a part of the Lenovo ISG Software BU and Global Alliance team of one of the world’s largest IT companies that chooses to be different and better? We are looking for a cross thinking team player who has the passion and energy to make things happen.
Responsibilities:
- You will assume full program management responsibility of a massive-scale growth plan between Lenovo and a strategic software Alliance partner; managing the workstream execution of multiple teams across the globe including measurement and reporting of program status
- You will develop a trusted relationship partnering with multiple ISG segment and Geography teams to ensure overall execution is being driven
- You own and drive all aspects of project and program management activity, including collaborating and coordinating across the organization and ensuring that:
- Changes that affect the scope, schedule and resources are identified, managed, and controlled with an integrated and cohesive plan
- The scope is defined, approved, managed, and controlled. You ensure the completed deliverables are accepted by Geo/Segment leadership and Global Alliance Director
- The schedule is developed and managed to on-time delivery across all workstream
- The costs are estimated and managed to deliver the workstream within approved budget
- The resources are assigned and managed efficiently
- The risks and issues are proactively identified and managed
Organization
You will report to the Global Alliance Director managing the partner relationship, supporting all segments that work with the strategic partner. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls, meetings, and overall business management systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or similar
- At least 10 years of relevant program and project management experience within the IT industry
- Minimum of 5 years managing tasks and driving accountability with workstream owners
- PMP Certification
- Experience working on abstract and complex problems requiring evaluation of intangible variables
