Description and Requirements

Description:

The OTM (offering team manager) leads a cross-functional team to develop and deliver Lenovo Consumer NB product. 

The position drives clarity by defining and prioritizing the project objectives and deliverables for the team.  Additionally, the OTM motivates the team and drives a sense of urgency on meeting project commitments. 

Duties include (but are not limited to):

1.      Leading an E2E cross functional team (PM, PO, TPM, NPI, Cost, Quality, PBM, IBP, PLM, ID, UE, Service, etc.) in defining, developing, qualifying, and delivering Lenovo Consumer Notebook Products to meet TTM/TTV target, with an emphasis on schedule, cost, quality, and scope.

2.      Driving effective communication across businesses and functions.

3.      Reporting and communicating project plan and status to key stakeholders and executive team.

4.      Change management.

5.      Product Delivery process optimization.

Qualifications/Requirements  

1.      Bachelor’s Degree and above within appropriate computer engineering/Science discipline.

2.      Fluent English in written and oral, and strong written and oral communication skills.

3.      10 years’ experience with project management, Excellent knowledge in project management, computer technical and business planning processes, having experience with the full product lifecycle.

4.      Demonstrated execution at meeting project goals while satisfying schedule / quality / cost /scope.

5.      Demonstrated ability in providing leadership and direction to cross-functional project team.

6.      Excellent collaboration/communication skill with cross functions, strong team player and individual contributor

7.      Self-starter, energizing, problem solving ability and results orientation, and able to multi-task.

8.      PMP certified
