Lenovo’s Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Segment is seeking a qualified Sr Project Manager/Offering Delivery Team Lead (ODTL) whose primary mission is to lead cross-functional, cross-geography project team (ODT team) to plan, execute and deliver CSP Offerings and Solutions – major focus on compute, storage and GPU product line. This role that requires senior level project management and operations skills, the ability to communicate comfortably with Executive/VP levels, and strong critical thinking skills. The ODTL must be willing to work “outside the box” to find solutions and solve problems, to ensurethe assigned project can be delivered on time and controlled within budget.

What You'll Do

• Understand and manage project scope to deliver within the time / cost restraints

• Ensure E2E process will be executed as designed. Identify and communicate gaps

• Ownership and management of project deliverables 

• Lead the ODT team to understand the project charter and to complete project initiatives

• Ensure appropriate team membership / functional representation

• Develop and execute project schedule

• Manage the Decision Checkpoint Process for the project

• Monitor execution, Drive functional commitments to deliver, and Provide timely / accurate project status updates

• Own project risk management planning and change control

• Escalate issues to management level as required

• Performs regular Lessons Learned with the team to ensure project and process improvements are captured

• Interface with customer as a Project Owner

Basic Qualifications

• Background in Compute, Storage or GPU product line is required

• 10+ years of project management experience

• Customer engagement experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong customer focus and business sense on financial P&L analysis, MBA degree is a plus.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic multi-culture environment with global function team across different time zones.

• Work experience in OEM/ODM/System Integration companies in Data Center industry is highly preferred

• PMI certification preferred 

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Familiar with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Project schedule tools
