About the Role
Lenovo’s IDG Marketing Team is looking for a Project Manager Intern to support strategic marketing initiatives and enhance operational efficiency. Reporting to the Chief of Staff to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will provide hands-on experience in project management, stakeholder coordination, and marketing operations. You will work cross-functionally to drive execution, track key initiatives, and contribute to strategic decision-making within a fast-paced, global marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Assist in managing high-impact marketing projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Operational Support: Work closely with the Chief of Staff to streamline processes, track key deliverables, and improve team efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with global and geography marketing, sales, and product teams and leadership to drive cross-functional alignment and execution.
- Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Support data collection and analysis for marketing performance insights, creating reports and presentations.
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Assist in organizing leadership meetings, team workshops, and marketing events.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field. Rising or current Senior/4th year preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data reporting and visualization (Power BI or Excel).
- Prior internship or coursework in marketing, project management, or business operations is a plus.
