Description and Requirements

Project Manager and BMS Specialist - Field Service Delivery Platform & PCSD Service Support

Reports to Operations & Transformation Lead, Project Manage assigned projects, Coordinate all assigned tasks with line manager and Field Service Delivery Platform & PCSD Service Support Leads

OBJECTIVES:

As a Projects manager

o drive assigned projects to achieve desired project outcomes

o track & report status of projects

As BMS Specialist

o support Field Service Delivery Platform & PCSD Service Support Leads team in coordination, documentation and collaboration to effectively run Monthly WW Service Delivery Business Reviews and Project Reviews.

ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

A: Project Manager

Plan the Project:

Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management

Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project

Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project

Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities

Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required

Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion

Implement the Project:

Execute the project according to the project plan

Develop forms and records to document project activities

Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project

Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders on the progress of the project

Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards

Control the Project:

Write reports on the project for management

Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures

Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis

Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date

Evaluate the Project:

Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality

Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase

B: BMS Specialist

Works across functions and territories to ensure E2E team and process alignments when preparing Monthly Service Delivery updates for Field Service Delivery Platform & PCSD Service Support Business Group organization

Support Field Service Delivery Platform & PCSD Service Support Leads team in BMS preparation i.e.:

o carry out administrative duties by organizing meetings, collecting data, sorting, filing, and sending out necessary files to the right personnel, workers, and stakeholders.

Position Requirements:  

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.  

3+ years’ experience in project management.  

Expert in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.  

Excellent written and verbal English communication, team, and people skills.  

Strong presentation skills. 

Adaptable and flexible to a changing work environment.   

Ability to work well with all levels sales and management, both internally and externally.  

Ability to solve complex problems and be persistent and assertive in the face of obstacles.   

Preferred Requirements:  PMI certification/Prince 2,  Agile experience

We are flexible about the location of this role across US. Note valid for Slovakia only: Base gross monthly salary from 2250 EUR, depending on experience + variable part. For the US and other countries, the salary details will be discussed during the recruitment process.
