Description and Requirements

The Public Sector Capture Manager plays a crucial role in supporting field sales teams and strategic partners. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning strategies and proposals for government contracts and large strategic pursuits. This position involves hands-on proposal development, writing, and capture management.

Responsibilities:

  • Capture and Proposal Management:
    • Organize and drive all capture and proposal development activities.
    • Provide meaningful metrics and reports to leadership related to upcoming RFP’s and pursuits.
    • Coordinate responses with internal teams (Client Managers, ISG, Solution Engineers, Technical Specialists, Legal, Sales, and Partners).
    • PM legal paperwork for teaming arrangements.
    • Monitor and control each pursuit, identifying and escalating risks as needed. Setting up regular call cadence.
    • Ensure effective communication to all stakeholders with action items and owners.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in the Public Sector Capture field, including proposal development, business development, opportunity tracking, and research.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational abilities, solid writing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple levels and subject matter experts.
  • Experience in the technology industry.

Remote work to be considered for candidates outside of RTP.
