Description and Requirements

We are seeking an enthusiastic, career-minded professional to join our Inside Sales Account Team. The ideal Inside Sales Support Rep will be a detailed oriented self-starter with strong communication skills. The Inside Sales Support Rep will support Public Sector accounts. This position will be responsible for pipeline management, configure, price and quote sales solutions as well as providing post-sales support via the telephone and email. This position will be responsible for focusing on customer satisfaction and providing overall account support.

Job responsibilities to include:

· Inventory Management: Manage Finished Goods Inventory for Public Sector

· Forecasting: Evaluate historical data in order to build out the pipeline and give line of sight to replenishment orders.

· Account Specifics & Unique Requirements: Develop understanding of Public Sector contracts and requirements.

· Product transitions & configurations: Leads sales opportunity for Public Sector customers

· Internal Tools: QQT, Windchill, CPQ, CRM, OVP, etc.

Position Requirements:

· 2+ years of professional inside sales support experience in a technology field or IT Industry is required. Dedicated account sales support experience preferred.

· Working knowledge of IT industry, experience with computer based programs, ability to learn and present hardware portfolio is required.

· Strong problem solving/analysis skills and proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.

· Excellent verbal/ written communication skills are required.
