Description and Requirements
1). Driving 100% audit & completion of said sample size audits
2) Ensuring Root Cause analysis are done timely and action plans are implemented
3) Timely reporting
4) Lead action plans based on the gaps identified
5)Driving QA efficiency /performance management
6)Support/lead change management; process, control & technology
7) Driving checklist/reporting standardization
8) QA training need identification
9) Adherence to QA framework & SOX compliance
10) Provides formal and informal performance feedback to team members
11) Ensure timely performance discussions are closed for QA resources
12) Maintain the updated & consolidated defect log for all the processes 13) Responsible for creating tailormade QA framework in partnership with the Quality Manager and other stakeholders
14) Partners with various stakeholders to deploy QA framework in new business areas
15) Fosters learning and development within the team
