Description and Requirements

Key roles are

  • Monitor and confirm the compliance of our product with related laws and regulations such as DENAN laws
  • If any safety incident occurs on our PCs
    • Report the case to related ministries and organizations such as METI, CAA, NITE, Fire department and work with them if requested.
    • Report the case to NECHQ related department and keep them updated
    • Work with R&D and suppliers to investigate the root cause and share the update with customer support team.
  • Check and monitor the e-mails from depot team

Required skills are

  • Fluent business communication in English (TOEIC score 600 or higher)
  • Basic understanding for PC product and related technologies
  • Basic understanding for Electrical Appliances and Materials Safety Act and Consumer Product Safety Act (especially for Measures for Product Accidents, etc.)
  • Analysis for root cause of product issue
  • Logical thinking
  • Communication skill with related organization (Internal and external)
  • Can use and create report with Excel, PowerPoint, Word
